Whether you’re playing recreational sports and want to add strength work to your training or you’re simply looking to get stronger for everyday life, this class is for you. In the Adult S&C class, each participant receives a strength-focused workout program custom-made for their goals and fitness level which incorporates the use of various gym equipment including free weights, barbells, cable machines, and more. Classes are run by a certified kinesiologist who will provide feedback and guidance on proper exercise technique and form to ensure participant safety and help with strength progression. Boxing Class
Learn how to box from world champion boxer, Jeannine Garside! Whether you’re a boxer, or an athlete looking for fun cross-training, or just want to try something new, this class is designed for all levels of fitness and experience and focuses on building strength, endurance, and coordination. Classes include a combination of boxing fundamentals, footwork drills, pad work, and conditioning circuits. Get ready to learn or refine your boxing skills in this engaging, high-energy workout.

HIIT Class
