STRENGTH & CONDITIONing

(12 Week Program)

This program is designed for athletes to build the foundational movement patterns required for strength and speed. Athletes will receive expert coaching to ensure proper technique and progressions. Beyond physical training, athletes will be armed with a toolkit for injury prevention, recovery techniques, general nutrition guidance, and strategies to optimize mental performance. This holistic approach is an entry point for athletes to engage in a long term development plan, allowing them to be resilient and excel in their sport. Athletes will be provided with programs specific to their maturation/level and sport.

Speed School

Speed School is designed to help athletes of all sports move faster, react quicker, and perform with greater confidence. Each session focuses on the key components of speed - sprint mechanics, acceleration, max velocity and change of direction/agility, delivered through expert coaching and small-group training. 

 

Speed School is designed to be completed alongside the Strength Development Program, allowing athletes to build the strength, power, and technical foundations that translate directly into faster, more efficient movement on the field, court, or ice. Whether you’re developing your athletic base or preparing for the next level, this integrated approach builds the speed, strength, and confidence every athlete needs to perform their best.

Stronger For Life
(Ages 50+)

Stronger for Life is a strength training class designed specifically for older adults who want to feel confident, capable, and energized in their daily lives. Continuing strength training throughout our lives has many health benefits including:
 

  • Maintaining muscle strength 

  • Improving bone density, joint mobility, and cardiovascular health

  • Reducing the risk of falls and chronic diseases

  • Increasing the ability to live independently 

 

Stronger for Life classes include a combination of resistance exercises, bodyweight exercises, functional movements, and balance activities to help build strength, stability, mobility, and confidence. Stronger for Life is supervised by a certified kinesiologist who will assist with strength progressions and modifications in a safe and optimal way. Join us today to stay strong for life!

Personal & Team Training

Personal & Team Training at Kin-Strength focuses on building strength, improving movement quality, and developing physical resilience. Sessions emphasize foundational strength, power, and conditioning, delivered through expert coaching in one-on-one or small-group/team settings.

 

Whether training individually or as a team, this approach supports confident, capable movement for sport, work, and everyday life.
